In 1989, Kristina the oldest of 4 sisters, invested in the Hole In One Donut Shop located on Route 6, next to the Fairway Restaurant in Eastham. In 1992, the family purchased the Orleans property located on Route 6A, formally known as Le Gourmet, a wine and cheese shop, and turn it into a satellite donut shop. In a short period of time, began serving breakfast & lunch. In 1997, we purchased the Eastham property from Frank and Dorothy Riordan and inherited the Fairway Restaurant & Pizzeria. Since both businesses have been a landmark in Eastham, we decided to keep the business name and marketed as our own.
It was our desire to provide our guests, our friends, and the local residents a year-round food and beverage restaurant where everyone feels like they belong, that they are valued and respected. It brings us great joy to be able to provide this service. It’s that simple.

We are family-owned and operated with the philosophy of serving great food in a warm and friendly environment. Going into our 15th year of being open year-round, 7 days a week, the Fairway has become a favorite gathering place for the locals and visitors alike. For dinner, we have a variety of Italian specialties, offering local seafood, chicken, and veal along with several selections of steaks, charbroiled to your liking, and not to forget our ever-popular “fall off the bone” BBQ baby back ribs. In addition to a menu that caters to all ages, we present to you our homemade pizza dough, prepared daily for handspun pizzas and pocket calzones, ready to be topped or filled with the finest ingredients of your choice. For relaxation, all our desserts are made on the premises using only the freshest, highest quality ingredients. If you don’t have time to stay with us, everything on our menu is available for takeout. We offer a full liquor license: a fine selection of American and European wines, the richest beers on tap, and upscale liquors for your pleasure. We market the Hole In One Bakery and Coffee Shop, as a throwback to the ’50s, open year-round providing delicious pastries, hand-cut donuts, made from scratch muffins, and all the goodness we can muster up. Along with mouth-watering treats, we serve the best cup of Victor Coffee, originally roasted in South Boston Ma, fresh-brewed teas and flavored lattes and cappuccinos. A favorite hangout spot.
