We had a great trip aboard The Osprey out of Rock Harbor last month.
We caught several large striped bass and a few bluefish. We decided to keep only what we could eat and share with others who had requested fresh-caught fish.
1 striper for us and 2 for some friends.
We grilled up 2 striper fillets that night along with lemon, breadcrumbs, and butter. A side of tarter sauce for dipping. DELISH!
