My first ball chair was purchased in 2011. Since then we have bought 3 more (2013, 2018, and 2020). Josiah and I both use our balance ball chairs at our main office in Eastham. This is where most of our website development work is done. Where we sit the longest and need the most back support. The ball chair is not only a stylish addition to our office but it also offers ergonomic back support and strengthens my core as I sit for long hours. The ball chair is stable, lightweight, and easy to roll around between workstations, and if I feel like exercising I can take the ball out of the chair and use it to stretch.
