When we work with clients to make edits to an existing website or a new website there is always back and forth via email, sometimes phone, and on rare occasions in person. Most times an email with the written edits is sufficient. Recently we had a client send us edits via email, but we noticed that the PDF that was sent had started as a website screenshot that then went through several hoops to make its way to us. We found this amusing and wanted to share a graphic (seen above) which outlines the steps involved for this one page of edits.
